Refund request

To request a refund for a Tribe Lacrosse player, please read the Tribe Lacrosse Refund Policy below and then complete and submit the Refund Request Form.

Tribe Lacrosse Refund Policy

Spring Season
Refunds for our Spring Season, less a $50 administrative fee, are available until February 15, 2026. If a player is injured or must withdraw after February 15, but up to and including March 1, the refund will be 50% of the registration fee. After March 1st, we are committed to field costs and team rosters, and will not be able to grant any refunds.

Fall Ball
Refunds for Fall Ball are available until and including September 7, less a $25 non-refundable administrative fee. If a player is injured or must withdraw AFTER September 7, we will not be able to grant any refunds.

Rentals
All rental equipment must be returned to Tribe Lacrosse prior to consideration of any refund request and any delays in this process will affect the refund amount pursuant to the Tribe Lacrosse policy.
